Export photos and videos from iPhone, excluding WhatsApp

I need to export photos and videos from iPhone, excluding such from WhatsApp, i.e. I need to export photos and videos created only by this device. In 3uTools you can choose main photo folder or whatsapp folder separately. But main photo folder already include whatsapp photos and videos, therefore there is no way to export media data without whatsapp media data. Please add an option to exclude WhatsApp media.
