Music missing in iTunes, shows in 3uTools

For some reason iTunes doesn't detect my music on BOTH my iPhones.
I of course, originally used 3uTools to add music to my iPhones because iTunes sucks.
However, I want to manage the properties of the music, and 3uTools doesn't cater to this.
Does anyone know how I can make my music show up in iTunes without having to go through the torture of Resync? I didn't use to have this problem.
