iPhone firmware not compatible?

My iPhone received an error message that reads the iPhone can't be restored because the firmware is not compatible a few days ago. I didn't know what happened. I restarted iTunes and computer and the issue still existed. Deleting and reinstalling iTunes didn't work, too. Later I was suggested to apply professional ios system recovery tools. Thus I tried Joyoshare UltFix and my iPhone was successfully restore as well as the problem was removed.
