iphone xs with MDM will jailbreak remove it for me

Hi there
I have been given a mixed bag of tech stuff and inside was a almost new Iphone XS it is locked down with MDM is has been wiped and is in setup mode but i cant get passed the MDM.i have tried using your 3utoold for this and tried to skip MDM in setup but it has not worked it . Im now going to try jailbreak it it is running IOS 14.2 and i want to downgrade the ios 13 is this possible to do??? and will the jailbreak automaticly remove the MDM or do i need to do anything eles once the jailbreak is done ???
